Do you guarantee contracts or meetings?
No. An introduction happens only when both parties authorize moving forward, and any engagement is their decision.
How much does it cost?
Communities: requesting options is free and does not require hiring anyone. Management companies: sharing your profile has no charge; any financial terms related to an introduction are communicated and agreed beforehand. AdminCrece Ops: sending an inquiry has no charge; the price of a review or implementation depends on the agreed scope and is shared before any paid work begins.
Does Ops include implementation?
It depends on the review, feasibility and the written scope we agree on.
Do you serve my city?
We receive inquiries from across Puerto Rico and assess each case based on location, the property's needs and the availability of compatible management companies.
What doesn't AdminCrece do?
We are not licensed property managers. We are not lawyers, accountants or brokers. We are not licensed maintenance providers. We do not guarantee contracts, meetings or ROI. We do not handle private resident data.
