Information we process
When you complete a form or contact us, we may receive your name, title, contact details, organization or community, location and the information you choose to share about your needs. If you represent a management company, we may also ask about the areas, properties and services you can cover.
Visiting the site may generate technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and usage data associated with cookies or similar technologies. We may also review publicly available professional information to research companies and potential business opportunities.
Please do not send private resident or owner information, passwords, account statements, medical data or other sensitive data through our forms.
How we use information
We process the information needed to:
- Answer inquiries and follow up on requests.
- Assess whether a community and a management company could be a good fit.
- Prepare a requested conversation, proposal or operational improvement.
- Keep records of communications and protect the operation of the site.
- Understand how the site is used and, with your consent, identify business interest from visiting companies.
- Send relevant business communications when there is a valid basis to do so. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent for the corresponding uses. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Introductions between communities and management companies
We do not give a community's contact details to a management company simply because we received a request. Before sharing identifiable information or arranging an introduction, we confirm both parties' interest and ask for the corresponding authorization. Each party decides whether to continue the conversation.
AdminCrece Ops guidance assistant
If you use the assistant to explore a workflow improvement, the text you enter is sent to an artificial intelligence provider, through an intermediary service, only to generate the guidance shown to you. This site does not store that text in a database. It reaches AdminCrece only if you choose to copy it into the Ops form and submit it. The provider may process it outside your country. Do not include resident data, passwords, internal documents or financial information.
Cookies and visit analytics
We use technologies required for the operation and security of the site and to submit forms. These do not require consent, and forms work even if you choose “Necessary only”.
Commercial analytics: in every market, the commercial analytics tool stays off, with no script, cookies or network requests, until you click “Accept analytics”. The analytics provider identifies visiting companies, acts as a processor and may process data outside your country.
Technical data processed by that tool: IP address (used to identify the company or organization associated with the network), pages visited, date and time, visit source, browser and device type, and an identifier stored in a cookie (_lfa).
Purposes: understand which companies visit the site, which content interests them, and prioritize business follow-up. We do not use advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking tools.
Record of your choice: we store in your browser a random identifier, the accepted categories, the version of this notice, the date and time, the market and the language. This record does not include name, email, phone, form content or IP address, and is not sent to our form systems.
Withdrawal: you can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy preferences”. We then stop loading the analytics tool, delete the identifiers we can remove from your browser and reload the page while keeping any form you are filling in. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. To access, correct or delete data already collected, email hola@admincrece.com; see also “Your rights”.
Who we share information with
We may use providers that help us host the site, receive forms, manage communications, organize requests, analyze visits and protect our systems. These providers receive only the information needed to deliver their services and may process it in other countries, with appropriate contractual and security measures.
We will also share information when you authorize an introduction between a community and a management company, when needed to deliver a requested service, or when there is a legal obligation. We do not publish requests or contact details received through the forms.
How long we keep data
We keep information for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the corresponding relationship and meet legal obligations or resolve possible claims. We then delete or de-identify it, unless we must keep it for a valid reason. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we may keep a minimal record of that preference in order to respect it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data and its correction, update or deletion; object to certain uses, limit business communications and withdraw consent where applicable. Other rights, including portability, may apply depending on where you live.
To make a request, email hola@admincrece.com with the subject “Privacy”, describing what you would like us to review and how to reply to you. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before providing or changing data. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable measures to limit unauthorized access, loss or misuse of information. No internet-connected system offers absolute security.
We may update this notice if our services or the way we process data change. The current version is always the one shown on this page. If a change requires new authorization, we will ask for it before applying that processing.
